1. General Provisions

Use of the website and purchases through the online store require unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to transactions carried out between 2S STORE O.E. and consumers through the online store and are supplemented by:
- the Privacy Policy,
- the Cookies Policy,
- the Right of Withdrawal,
- the Returns & Exchanges Policy,
- as well as any more specific information displayed on the pages of the online store.
In the event of a conflict between these terms and mandatory provisions of law protecting the consumer, the latter shall prevail.
2. Purpose of the Online Store
Hot Spot is an online retail store selling products related to, among other things, personal well-being, intimate life and personal care.
Indicatively, products available through the online store include:
- sex toys,
- lingerie and underwear,
- BDSM products and kinky items,
- lubricants,
- massage products,
- perfumes and personal care products,
- as well as related products.
2S STORE O.E. reserves the right to add, modify or withdraw products and product categories without affecting orders already accepted, unless there is a lawful reason.
3. Access to and Use of the Website
Visitors must use the website in accordance with applicable law, accepted standards of commercial conduct and these terms.
The following are prohibited, indicatively:
- using the website for an unlawful purpose,
- attempting to breach the security of the website,
- using automated means for the mass collection of content or data without permission,
- interfering with the normal operation of the online store,
- introducing malware or other harmful code,
- using another person’s details without their permission.

4. Registration and User Account
Where account creation is available, the user must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
The user is responsible for keeping their account access credentials confidential and must notify the business immediately in the event of suspected unauthorized use.
2S STORE O.E. is not liable for account use resulting from the user’s failure to protect their login credentials, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
The user may request deletion of their account, subject to the business’s obligations to retain information required by law.
5. User Age
Certain products available through Hot Spot are intended exclusively for adults.
Use of the online store to purchase products intended exclusively for adults is permitted only for persons who have reached the legal age limit.
The customer declares that they are of the legal age required to purchase and use the products they order and that the information they provide to the business is accurate.
2S STORE O.E. reserves the right to request additional verification where required by law or deemed necessary for the lawful completion of the transaction.
6. Product Information
2S STORE O.E. makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the information displayed on product pages is accurate, complete and up to date.
Depending on the product, the information may include:

- dimensions,

- photographs,
- warnings,
- safety information,
- details of the manufacturer or other economic operator, where required.
Product photographs are illustrative and may show slight variations in colors or other visual characteristics due to screen settings or photographic representation.

7. Product Safety
2S STORE O.E. places products on the market in accordance with the applicable requirements of product safety legislation.
Consumers must use each product in accordance with:

2S STORE O.E. reserves the right to change product prices. Any change does not affect an order for which the contract conclusion process has already been completed, unless otherwise provided by law.
9. Orders
The customer may place an order through the procedure provided in the online store.
Before finally submitting the order, the customer has the opportunity to review and correct the details of their order.
By completing the order, the customer declares that they have checked the details they entered and accept these Terms & Conditions.
The sending of an automated message acknowledging receipt of the order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted by 2S STORE O.E., if the online store’s procedure provides for subsequent confirmation.
The sales contract is concluded in accordance with the procedure followed by the online store and applicable law.
10. Product Availability
Product availability is indicated on the website and is updated, as far as possible, based on the available information.
If, after an order has been submitted, it is found that a product is unavailable or cannot be delivered, 2S STORE O.E. informs the customer and, depending on the circumstances, may:
- propose an alternative product,
- agree on delivery at a later date,
- cancel the relevant product or the order,
- refund any amount already paid for the product.
11. Payments
Payment for an order is made using the payment methods shown as available in the online store at the time of purchase.
Depending on the infrastructure available in the online store, the following may be offered, indicatively:
- card payment,
- electronic payment through a third-party provider,
- cash on delivery,
- bank deposit or transfer.
Card details or other sensitive payment information are transmitted, where necessary, to the relevant payment services provider and are not stored by 2S STORE O.E. beyond what is permitted or required by applicable law and the respective payment service.
12. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer when completing the order.
Delivery time depends on product availability, shipping method and delivery area.
Delivery times displayed in the online store are estimates, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delays due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the business, such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, transport problems, natural disasters or other cases of force majeure, are handled in accordance with applicable law.
13. Discreet Shipping
2S STORE O.E. recognizes the particular nature of the products available through Hot Spot.
Orders are shipped discreetly, without references on the outside of the packaging to specific products or contents that could reveal the nature of the purchase, insofar as this is technically and practically feasible.
Sender details and the information required for delivery are used in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the requirements of the transport provider.
14. Receipt of Order
Upon receipt, the customer must check the external condition of the packaging insofar as possible.
In the event of visibly damaged packaging or another problem during delivery, immediate contact with 2S STORE O.E. is recommended.
Failure to report a problem immediately does not limit the consumer’s legal rights.
15. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Subject to the conditions provided for by applicable law, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) calendar days.

16. Personal Use and Hygiene Products
Due to the nature of certain products, the special provisions of the law apply to sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return and have been unsealed after delivery.
The exception applies only where the legal conditions are met.
2S STORE O.E. does not automatically consider all products in the sex toy category to be non-returnable. The possibility of a return is assessed in accordance with the nature of the product, its condition and seal, and applicable law.
17. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, the rights provided for by applicable consumer protection law apply.

23. Amendments to the Terms
2S STORE O.E. may amend these Terms & Conditions when required due to changes in legislation, the operation of the online store, the services provided or for other lawful reasons.
The version in force at any given time is published on the website.
Any amendments do not affect rights or obligations that have already arisen before they enter into force, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
24. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Greek law, without prejudice to mandatory provisions applicable to consumer protection.
For the resolution of disputes, the competent procedures and rules of jurisdiction provided for by applicable law shall apply.
